A "classic" of contemporary Chinese theatre, tells a dark yet absurdly funny story of a rhinoceros keeper’s quest for love.
Malu is infatuated with Ming Ming, a girl who chews lemon-flavoured gum and smells like photocopiers. But Ming Ming is too preoccupied with chasing after her cold, artist boyfriend. She has no interest in a mediocre, nearsighted rhinoceros keeper who is ready to sacrifice everything for her. But Malu does not plan on giving up…

Malu est épris de Ming Ming, une fille qui mâche du chewing-gum au citron et qui sent le photocopieur. Mais Ming Ming est trop préoccupée à courir après son copain artiste. Elle n'est pas du tout intéressée par un gardien de rhinocéros médiocre et myope quoiqu’il soit prêt à tout sacrifier pour elle. Mais Malu n’abandonne pas…
